At the heart of the Cité des Ducs de Bretagne, the B2M describes itself as a musical bistro-café. The address offers over 400 wine references, great wines to small producers unearthed by Mathieu, the owner of the place. Here, a single slogan: the journey of the senses. The wine bar also offers some gourmet appetizers, boards of cheeses and fantastic charcuterie.

The Skybar

High above the island of Nantes, on the 8th floor of the building Vertigo, the Skybar offers delicious cocktails with tapas in an elegant and warm decor.

Le Nid

Le Nid is an incredible project imagined by Jean Jullien, a fêted artist in the international world of graphic design. He was entrusted with organizing the 32nd floor of the Tour Bretagne which offers a 360° panoramic view of Nantes and its surroundings.

Le Nid is home to an enormous white bird – half-stork, half-heron – who sleepily watches over the city, and its reassuring presence invites spectators to come contemplate the view. Its broad body also doubles as a bar.

The Banana Hangar

This immense 8,000sqm depot, which did indeed used to store those bananas that arrived from the Antilles and Africa, was completely renovated in 2007. Since its completion, it has become one of the most popular nightspots in Nantes and now houses several bars, restaurants, a huge nightclub and a gallery showcasing contemporary art exhibitions.

Are you a fan of Irish pubs, latino vibes or gig cafes? Or maybe you prefer fair trade establishments and unique concept bars? At the Banana Hangar, there is something for everyone! What’s more, almost all these places remain open until 4 am.
